Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Join us this summer for fun-filled SUP yoga. You can expect all of your senses to be stimulated by the sound of the birds, the warmth of the sun on your skin, the smell of the water, and the energy you cultivate during class.

Only six sessions are being offered in 2025: 6/7, 6/21, 7/19, 7/26, 8/9 & 8/23!

Cost: $35 per person. Passes and memberships are not valid for SUP Yoga.

What to Bring

  • A water bottle, towel, and sunscreen

  • Wear your hair back and clothing you can move in and don’t mind getting wet. Swimsuits are optional.

Yoga at Graeme Park

Refresh your senses with Yoga in the Park! This uplifting vinyasa class offers flowing movement to awaken your senses and boost your energy. Treat yourself to time outside as you enliven your spirit and elevate your routine. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered for those who are newer or have physical limitations. Optional: bring friends and a picnic to enjoy after class while you explore the grounds and trails of this 42-acre national historic landmark park.

*This event takes place on the last Sunday of every month from May-August.*

Reiki Circle

Join us for a welcoming Reiki Circle to experience relaxation, connection, and healing energy as a community. We will begin with a grounding invocation and meditation to settle into the space. Then we will share in the exchange of Reiki energy, giving and receiving, in a safe and welcoming environment. Before closing, we will join together to send Reiki to our loved ones.

This Reiki Circle is open to all—whether you’re new to Reiki, curious about it, or an experienced practitioner. Come find peace, calm, and connection in our supportive community. No prior Reiki experience is required.

Yoga for Kids at Graeme Park

Enjoy a fun day out at Evergreen’s Yoga in the Park! Let your child’s inner light blossom. Our kids yoga classes offer a fun adventure where they can explore yoga and mindfulness. Each class will offer an engaging theme to develop tools to relax, focus, and build confidence. Your young yogi will leave each session with a fun, simple handout to share and practice what they learned with family and friends. No prior experience is necessary. Parents are welcome to participate or watch. Please register under a parent or guardian’s name and wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Mats are provided!

Baby Goat Yoga

Weekly classes
- Fridays - 6:30-8pm
- Saturdays - 9:30-11am
- Sundays - 9:30-11am
Goat Yoga, 1537 Dillon Road, Ambler, PA

Enjoy an uplifting, all ages yoga class with the baby goats at Rose Bridge Farm & Sanctuary’s goat yoga outpost! Expect plenty of laughter during this laid back class, which will move slowly enough to allow time for the goats to do the poses with you.

Class is 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of bottle feeding, snuggle time, and photo ops with the goats who are in diapers and suspenders. All of the goats are rescues looking for their forever homes.

Cost: $34 per person. Discount codes are often available on the registration page!

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat, towel, or blanket

  • Wear your hair back

  • Wear socks and layers including cotton shirts (No tank tops or open-back shirts). The baby goats are just learning to jump and balance. With goat-friendly cotton clothing, you are helping them learn how to be confident, comfortable jumpers!

Additional Important Info

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the waiver!

  • Classes will be held outside in good weather and inside our yoga barn during the winter months and in the event of inclement weather.

  • When you pull into the driveway, pass the red barn, stay to the left, and park in the gravel lot on the left across from the field. Please do not park in the top parking lot next to the red barn.

Yoga teachers vary from class to class.
